26 june 2010dînerblogMade a wonderful thing last night, a lamb, aubergine and and orzo oven dish redolent of Greek bus-station café cuisine: you could almost smell the exhaust fumes and hear the sounds of Greeks shouting at each other (διαλεκτικος - they invented it). We were out of the ingredients for horiatiki, and short on retsina, but there'll be a next time. Sooner rather than later.
