Guinness' fabled city-within-a-city is walled with razor wire and studded with security cameras to protect the magic black river of Lethe water within.
Yet here's a tantalizing glimpse of a tower (eighteenth century?) of which I know not the purpose.
But it seems to take its model from the minarets of medieval Persia.
