The fabulous Cheeky Girls opened the Ealing Common Bank Holiday Funfair and I was there *schwoon*, one of the few members of the public who bothered to turn up. There was a fine selection of spectacularly overweight local councillors and of course the Mayor presided. The rain held off, too - could have been a tragedy.
